This weekend was very laid back which was very nice! Saturday my mom and I went to a craft show at the State Fair Grounds. I found many things to decorate the house and baby room! Usually I am not a fan of craft shows because all I can think about is when I was forced to go to them as a child and seeing doilies everywhere and so many people you couldn't move!!! Yep nightmares! This wasn't too bad at all. They had some really neat stands. Probably the best thing of all, is that they had the concession stand open and I got my warm, chocolate chip cookies! They are the best! I have to get them every time we go to the fair. That was the highlight! Oh the little things that make a pregnant lady happy :)
That night my brother came and stayed at our house too and we all hung out that night and Sunday. Today is the day my father passed away 15 years ago:( It seems like just yesterday! It was nice to see my family and spend time with them on this difficult day. There are so many wonderful memories I thought about today with him and I. He was such a wonderful man and not a day goes by that I don't think about him. It's going to be very hard for me when Baby Moore is born and he won't be here with us to share the memories. I know he will be watching up above smiling from ear to ear and will be so proud of us. I miss him so much!
I am now 12 weeks along. I am starting to feel better each day and getting more energy, which is wonderful! Tuesday I have a doctor appointment so that will be fun. I thought I would never say this, but doctor appointments are so exciting! I love to see the ultrasound and how Baby Moore changes each time.
